  • Camera Access: We require camera access solely for the "AR Drawing" (Trace to Sketch) feature. The camera projects a live feed to help you trace images onto paper. We do not secretly record, store, or upload your live camera feed to our servers.

  • Storage / Photo Gallery Access: We request access to your device's photo gallery to allow you to upload your own images for drawing and to save your completed artwork, screenshots, or screen recordings directly to your device.

  • User Profile Data: If you choose to create a profile, we collect your First Name, Last Name, and Profile Picture to personalize your experience. This data is stored locally on your device or securely to maintain your drawing history and lesson progress.

  • User-Generated Content (AI Prompts): When you use the "Generate With AI" feature, the text prompts you enter are processed to generate the requested artwork.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the core features of the App (AR tracking, AI generation, and drawing tools).

  • To save your progress, favorite drawings, and completed lessons.

  • To process premium subscriptions and free trials.

  • To serve relevant advertisements (for free users) and analyze app usage to improve our services.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

  • Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements within the App. Google may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

  • AI Service Providers: The text prompts used for generating AI art are processed securely through third-party APIs. We do not share personally identifiable information with these AI providers.

  • Payment Processors: In-app purchases and subscriptions (like "Remove Ads" and "PRO" features) are securely processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your generated art, imported photos, and user profile data are primarily stored locally on your device. You can delete your data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
